The Dinner Date with Richard (unedited)

I went to dinner with an older gentleman. He was very kind to have asked me out for dinner. I ask myself “Why aren’t there more men like this my age?” I met Richard a night I went out to meet and talk to people out at a bar for a Internations Meeting in Paris, France. As I was walking I smiled to everyone and Richard was coming in. He was very kind and wanted to keep talking to me. The venue had very loud music, I could not hear many people when they spoke. Richard suggested we go get some food outside, which we did. We ended up going to grab a bite and a glass of wine that evening. It was a pleasant evening talking to someone older who has experience. Our second dinner was at a famous restaurant, with gourmet food! We spoke about life, his married life and my romantic life. It was a very nice evening I had with Richard. I will never forget some of his words, “If a man loves you we will be and live with you.” Some words of wisdom besides other conversations we had. Thank you for the nice evening Richard. Love Veronica
